What We Do

Utility Scale Solar Development – Capitol Assets provides project development and consulting for large-scale solar farms.  We can assist with site control, interconnection agreements and power purchasing agreements.

Energy Efficient Buildings – We help you pay for your commercial and non-profit building retrofits with Property Assessed Clean Energy financing (PACE). PACE finances water conservation, energy-efficiency improvements, and solar installation. PACE projects are long term, 100% financing agreements that allow you to improve the overall health of your building with no money down or credit checks. PACE can be used for commercial buildings, warehouses, non-profits or multi-family residential properties.

Energy Procurement Advisory Services –   We work with the nation's largest full service energy procurement advisory firm to help companies reduce their carbon footprint and reduce energy costs through “green” energy procurement.

Public Affairs/Communications – We are evangelists for reducing the world's reliance on fossil fuels.  You may find us at rallies for climate action or organizing stakeholders to close a dirty coal plant.  Let us know if we can help you advocate for clean energy too!
