Going Green to Save Money and Our Planet

Capital Assets Sustainable Energy Development, LLC specializes in the development, financing and marketing of clean energy and energy efficiency projects.   Going "green" is more affordable than its ever been.  We can help utility scale solar developers build projects close to population centers, and connect energy consumers to clean energy resources.  Let us help you achieve your clean energy goals.

What We Do

Utility Scale Solar Development – Capitol Assets provides project development and consulting for large-scale solar farms.  We can assist with site control, interconnection agreements and power purchasing agreements.

Energy Efficient Buildings – We help you pay for your commercial and non-profit building retrofits with Property Assessed Clean Energy financing (PACE). PACE finances water conservation, energy-efficiency improvements, and solar installation. PACE projects are long term, 100% financing agreements that allow you to improve the overall health of your building with no money down or credit checks. PACE can be used for commercial buildings, warehouses, non-profits or multi-family residential properties.

Energy Procurement Advisory Services –   We work with the nation's largest full service energy procurement advisory firm to help companies reduce their carbon footprint and reduce energy costs through “green” energy procurement.

Public Affairs/Communications – We are evangelists for reducing the world's reliance on fossil fuels.  You may find us at rallies for climate action or organizing stakeholders to close a dirty coal plant.  Let us know if we can help you advocate for clean energy too!
